The government authority located in Riverside, California is seeking a vendor to provide multi-function devices supplies. The agency needs to replace four existing Sharp MX-7580N devices and add one additional unit, resulting in a total of five new high-speed, full-color and black-and-white digital multi-function devices. These devices must be capable of printing, copying, and scanning across five distinct locations. The requested devices must deliver print speeds of eighty pages per minute for both black-and-white and color on letter-size media. The agency requires a maximum monthly duty cycle of at least 275,000 pages, a first print time of less than six seconds, and a warm-up time of less than ninety seconds. The scope of work includes network printing via an existing Windows Server 2025 print server running Papercut version 25.0 or later print management software communicating via TCP/IP, as well as duplex printing, duplex copying, and duplex scanning up to 600 dpi to email, network folders, or USB. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite under a contract period lasting three years.
