Technology Upgrade Services

The government authority in Franklin, Ohio is seeking technology upgrade services to modernize its emergency operations networking and audiovisual display systems. The agency needs to improve incident coordination, situational awareness, and real-time information sharing across multiple operational centers. This project aims to update display and connective technology to support the tracking, processing, and displaying of information through video walls, projectors, and individual display systems. The scope of work covers enhancements to improve the creation, visualization, and sharing of common operating pictures utilizing GIS maps, documents, spreadsheets, video, and audio inputs. The upgraded system must support seamless data sharing between the assessment center, the emergency operations center, and the joint information center. Specific deliverables requested by the agency include mini-PCs for audio-video content, ten audio-over-IP encoders for streaming in each room, a digital signal processor, an audio-video and control processor, and an audio-video network switch. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite at the agency facility in Franklin, Ohio. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
