Audio Video System Expansion Services

The North Central Washington Libraries in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide audio video system expansion services. The agency needs to connect a projector and a 3.5mm wall plate at the main floor circulation desk to the overhead audio system. Additionally, the project requires connecting a microphone to the circulation desk and installing a commercial-grade microphone that the agency currently has on hand. The scope of work includes running necessary Cat 5e/6 network connections between the circulation desk equipment on the upper level and the system processor located in a lower-level network closet. Existing Cat 5e/6 runs may be repurposed for this connection if available. The vendor must also install and program a control touchscreen at the circulation desk, configure the existing processor with the new audio inputs and outputs, and provide brief system training to information technology and supervisory staff.
