Audio Visual System and Meeting Room Applications Services

The Capital Improvement Board of Marion County in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive audio visual system and meeting room applications services. The agency requires a partner to deliver all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary for the furnishing, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and certification of the hotel's audio visual and meeting space systems. This project aims to establish fully functional background music systems, meeting and ballroom presentation systems, and distributed video and audio systems. The scope of work covers the installation of amplifiers, audio processors, speakers, microphones, control processors, touch panels, displays, and projectors. The selected vendor must also provide conferencing systems, wireless presentation systems, room scheduling displays, live or Bluetooth music inputs, music players, AV racks, cabling interfaces, and all associated hardware, software, and accessories. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 8, 2026.
