UPS Maintenance Service

The Nevada Department of Administration in Carson, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for its Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and components. The agency requires a contractor to perform regular inspections, corrective maintenance, and emergency services to ensure continuous power reliability. The selected vendor must verify system normalcy, check for alarm indications, and ensure all lamps, gauges, and indicators function properly. The scope of work covers physical and electrical inspections of the UPS cabinets and their internal components. The contractor must tighten and inspect power lugs, check electrical alignment, and verify that all cooling fans operate normally. Additionally, the service provider must ensure all side and bottom ventilation areas remain unobstructed by paper or debris, and confirm the units do not emit hot odors, show signs of scorching, or feel excessively warm. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services.
