Broadcast Audio-Video Routing System

The government authority located in Albany, New York is seeking the supply, installation, and commissioning of an advanced Ross Ultrix audio-video broadcast router. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing complex broadcast signals by implementing a fully integrated, scalable, and modular system with versatile input and output options. The project covers a multiformat input and output all-in-one transport-agnostic frame, where auxiliary ports support additional inputs, outputs, and ancillary features. The requested scope of work includes capabilities for HD/3G SDI video routing, Dante audio integration, tally and general-purpose input/output, touchscreen control panels, intercom matrix, and full audio video bridging network connectivity. The system must feature clean and quiet switching on every output alongside advanced audio processing, embedding, and de-embedding. The agency also requires complete installation, integration, and documentation services under this contract.
