Non Powered Tools

The Delaware River and Bay Authority is seeking a vendor to provide non-powered tools for its central utility plants located in New Castle, Delaware. The agency requires all supplied items to be top-line, premium-grade tools that carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage through normal use. Acceptable brands specified by the agency include Allen, Armstrong, Proto, Craftsman, Wright, Cougar, Stanley, Binks and Cotton, and Snap-on. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all contract activities offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span three years. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026.
