Projection Mapping System

The government authority located in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide a projection mapping system. The agency requires a comprehensive solution to establish projection coverage on a floor surface under recommended ambient lighting conditions. To solve this spatial and visual challenge, the agency needs a detailed technical plan that addresses equipment placement, environmental controls, and signal distribution. The scope of work covers a narrative description of the proposed system and a projector placement plan specifying the number of projectors required for the target coverage and brightness. The selected provider must calculate the total projected coverage area in square feet, projection throws, and the average projected brightness across the floor surface. Additionally, the agency requires proposed mounting locations, an edge blending strategy with overlap zones, ventilation and cooling considerations, a signal flow diagram, light mitigation strategies, and a protective enclosure plan. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to compete for this contract. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work onsite in Cheyenne.
