Audio Visual Upgrades Services

The government authority in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide audio visual upgrades services. The agency is trying to solve the problem of outdated technology by modernizing its auditorium spaces with the latest audio visual and digital technology. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to use previously established pathways for any cabling and to provide a low voltage permit. The project also covers staff training on the new equipment and its operation, as well as firmware and software upgrades and updates as needed. Additionally, the agency requires ongoing twenty-four-seven telephone support for the installed systems. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
