RFI for Portfolio Management Support Service

The United States Air Force, located at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, is seeking information technology portfolio management support services to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and analysis of its IT capability investments. The agency requires assistance for capability owners and IT managers across multiple areas, including policy assessment, capital planning, electronic governance, Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, and cybersecurity documentation development. The selected contractor must organize and store all work-related documents and files on a designated government collaboration tool. The scope of work covers IT strategic planning, technology assessments, project management, information systems process improvement, and compliance performance audits. The agency needs support to manage IT investments by capability portfolios while evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of those investments. Additionally, the project requires chief information officer governance, executive support, decision-making transparency during capability requirements development, and a task order management plan. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure.
