The government authority located in Fairfax, Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide Intel-based, business-grade personal computer systems, related system accessories, and IT services. The agency requires standard business desktops for typical office automation tasks, high-end desktops for application developers and CAD professionals, and laptops with wired and wireless capability for remote users. The agency desires a system lifecycle of a minimum of 14 months, an in-house quality assurance and testing process for all built equipment, and real-time asset management tracking capabilities. The agency is also seeking product credit, rebate, and incentive programs for all purchases made under this contract. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States.
