City Hall IT Room Upgrades Service

The City of Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to perform IT room upgrades at City Hall. The municipality needs to renovate the existing space by installing a new accessible ramp, railings, partitions, doors, and finishes. This project aims to create new conference, office, and storage rooms within the facility. The scope of work requires the removal and legal disposal of selective gypsum wall framing and doors. The selected contractor must construct new gypsum board framed walls, install doors, apply finishes, and relocate or provide light fixtures and sprinkler heads. A separate entity will handle the relocation and modification of the mechanical air supply and return system. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The physical performance of the work will occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 9, 2026.
