The government authority located in Houston, Texas is seeking information technology modernization services to upgrade its existing infrastructure and security posture. The agency needs to solve the challenges of managing aging hardware, outdated security protocols, and on-premises server dependencies. To address these issues, the project covers cloud migration, Microsoft 365 environment modernization, network infrastructure upgrades, backup and disaster recovery implementation, endpoint security management, cybersecurity enhancements, and ongoing managed services. For endpoint and security management, the project demands the replacement of Windows 10 workstations that are incompatible with Windows 11, alongside the implementation of Intune device management and automated patching. The agency is requesting the deployment of Drop suite backups for Microsoft 365 data, Ironscales phishing protection, and Bitwarden Enterprise Password Manager for key staff. Ongoing support requirements include proactive monitoring, backup verification, network reporting, and annual IT reviews with budgeting and planning support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
