RFI for Screening System Data Consortium Cooperative Research and Development Services

The government authority located in New Jersey is seeking screening system data consortium cooperative research and development services to support the development and transition to service of more capable threat detection software. The agency intends to establish a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement framework to share x-ray computed tomography data collected from baggage, personal property, and air cargo screening systems, as well as millimeter wave data collected from on-person screening systems. Through this consortium, the agency aims to foster mutually beneficial teaming arrangements between equipment manufacturers and software developers. The agency requires all participating organizations to be located onshore within the United States. The scope of work will be performed entirely offsite. The agency is currently soliciting proposals to determine the budget and will finalize the agreement framework after considering all received comments.
