The government authority located in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide IT professional services. The agency needs to solve challenges related to data analysis, system architecture, and IT infrastructure. The project covers data mining from unstructured sources, data transformation into useful formats, and data management to consolidate information from disparate business units and IT systems. The scope of work requires designing system and security architecture, data flows, work processes, and output formats. The selected vendor must configure and tune hardware environments, software, storage arrays, and network components for both cloud and on-premises systems. Additionally, the agency requires the identification of data sets, the creation of queries and analysis jobs, and the building of data flow connections and interfaces. The IT infrastructure architecture portion of the project includes the assessment, strategy, design, mapping, remediation, migration, integration, and deployment of computing, storage, and networking resources. Specific tasks involve data center migrations, network efficiency and security assessments, hardware performance evaluations, data migration to new storage platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure design, and data privacy services. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. The contract period will span three years. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 3, 2026.
