Traffic Modelling and Analysis Service

The City of Lynnwood, Washington, requires a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive traffic modeling and analysis services. The agency is seeking to address ongoing transportation planning and engineering needs through a variety of technical capabilities. The scope of work covers traffic impact fee code amendments, fee rate studies, traffic impact analyses, and both macro- and micro-traffic analysis. The selected contractor will perform travel demand forecasting, traffic simulation, and traffic model development, maintenance, calibration, and operational updates. The agency also requires signal warrant analysis, access analysis, intersection operations analysis, and intersection design, which includes traffic signal and pedestrian signal design. Additionally, the project involves multimodal data collection such as traffic counts and turning movement counts, roundabout evaluation and analysis, and grant application support and development. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has established a contract period of five years.
