Transportation Engineering Services

The Stafford County government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide transportation engineering, construction management, inspection, and planning and analysis services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs to address ongoing transportation planning and modeling requirements, as well as construction engineering inspections and design. Specific tasks under this scope include transportation master planning, travel demand management and forecasting, transportation impact fee studies, signal warrant analysis, traffic impact studies, traffic analysis and simulation, speed and delay studies, shared parking studies, parking plans, infrastructure inventories, corridor studies, and traffic feasibility studies. The selected vendor will also provide training and delivery of models and software. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Stafford, Virginia. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
