Public Opinion Research Services

The City of Wylie, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide a full range of public opinion research services. The agency needs to conduct a statistically valid public opinion poll of the region to gather community feedback. To solve this, the selected vendor must develop the survey instrument, recommend best practices for the sampling methodology, and provide both English and Spanish versions of the survey. The scope of work covers the entire research process, including data collection and the delivery of a final written report on the survey results. All project work will occur offsite, and the contract period will run for one year. The agency requires that the participating organization be based onshore within the United States.
