Cost-of-Service for Development Reviews

The City of Austin, Texas, is seeking a vendor to conduct a cost-of-service analysis and develop cost recovery fees for its development review activities. The agency needs to address development reviews related to site plans, subdivisions, residential plans, general permits, and other identified reviews. To support this effort, the agency will provide department financial and budget information, including previous cost allocation analyses and supporting work papers. The selected consultant must identify the specific types of costs that the analysis should recognize.
