App Based Workers Research Services

The City of Seattle, Washington is seeking a consultant to provide research services focused on app-based workers. Because app-based workers in Seattle speak over ten different languages, the agency allows the consultant to focus on specific language groups and worker segments rather than attempting to reach all groups equally.
