The Miami-Dade County government authority is seeking professional consulting services to support various projects within its Capital Improvement Program. The agency requires experienced surveyors to conduct, administer, and monitor survey operations under the supervision of an authorized representative. These professionals must ensure compliance with technical specifications and document all findings through detailed observations and reports. The scope of work covers a wide range of surveying and mapping activities, including aerial drone-based photography, scanning, ground control, and photogrammetric services. The selected provider must deliver topographic, planimetric, and airspace mapping, as well as cross-sections, raster imagery, orthophoto products, photographic prints, GPS survey data, and LiDAR services. Additionally, the agency requires specialized services such as building interior scanning, Building Information Modeling, Subsurface Utility Engineering location identification, and construction layout verification. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the contracted work to take place offsite.
