The Delaware government authority is seeking a vendor to provide data collection and analysis services for three critical youth surveys. The agency needs to administer and analyze the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, the School Health Profiles survey, and the Youth Tobacco Survey. These efforts help the agency understand and address disparities in health outcomes and behaviors among state youth. The scope of work requires combining the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, conducted in odd-numbered years, and the School Health Profiles survey, conducted in even-numbered years, into one survey group. The Youth Tobacco Survey, conducted in even-numbered years, forms a separate survey group. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
