Professional Services for Administration and Analysis

The Delaware government authority is seeking professional services for the administration and analysis of a youth tobacco survey. The selected contractor must prepare a data management plan that details methods for maintaining data confidentiality, ensuring IT security, and communicating response confidentiality to participants. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project, as no specific budget limit is pre-defined.
