Concession Operations Services

The Incorporated Village of Port Jefferson, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide concession operations services at a government authority facility. The selected operator must manage the daily operations of the concession, which includes hiring and supervising all necessary personnel in compliance with agency regulations. The primary goal is to ensure the consistent availability of quality food and non-alcoholic drinks for visitors, with all menu prices requiring agency approval prior to any sales. The scope of work requires the operator to manage varying hours of operation based on the day, season, and weather conditions. Minimum operating hours include two hours on weeknights, and weekends from 10:00 a.m. to dusk, with additional hours required during scheduled agency activities. The operator must also provide and maintain proper waste and trash receptacles in locations approved by the agency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted work must be performed onsite at the Port Jefferson location. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services.
