Emergency Meal Services

The City of Vero Beach, Florida is seeking a food service vendor to provide emergency meal services during federally declared disasters, public health emergencies, and localized crises. The agency needs to establish a pre-event contract to ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals to first responders and essential municipal staff both before and during emergency events. The selected provider will establish, operate, and maintain food service operations to prepare and dispense food and beverages according to accepted industry standards for quality, variety, and presentation. The project requires onsite performance of all food preparation and distribution services within Vero Beach, Florida. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span three years. Bidders may submit their proposals either digitally via email or online, or physically through courier or post. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions and has not disclosed a pre-set budget. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 08, 2026.
