The Colorado government authority is seeking a vendor to provide daily food services for its school program. The selected partner must handle menu planning, prepare one breakfast, one lunch, and one afternoon snack per child each school day, and appropriately package and label all meals. While the anticipated service population is approximately 110 children daily, the agency requires a provider capable of accommodating fluctuations in enrollment and meal counts throughout the school year. The agency is restricting eligibility to onshore, United States organizations only. The selected vendor will perform all meal preparation and packaging work offsite. The authority is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period spanning five years. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to meet the daily meal preparation, packaging, and fluctuating volume requirements.
