Cafe Services

A government authority located in New York is seeking a vendor to provide daily cafeteria services at its facility. The authority requires these services to be available Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, including State Holidays. The selected vendor must resolve the facility's need for accessible dining by offering breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The scope of work requires the cafeteria service to provide, at a minimum, a variety of hot, cold, and healthy food and beverage options. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite. The authority is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The authority is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 27, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 04, 2026.
