Vending Machine Services

The City of Compton, California is seeking a contractor to provide modern, well-maintained, and operational vending machine services at its government authority facilities. The agency requires machines that accept multiple payment methods, including cashless options, mobile payments, and credit or debit cards. All provided machines must comply with all applicable health, safety, and accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. The selected contractor must maintain all machines in good working condition at all times and assume sole responsibility for collecting all revenues. The agency retains the right to inspect all machines and audit meters, logs, records, and sales reports at any point during the contract term. While the physical machines will reside at the government facilities, the contractor will perform administrative and operational work offsite at their own office location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 17, 2026.
