Additional high-touch areas requiring service are light switches, elevator buttons, sinks, faucets, bathroom counters, toilets, dispensers, water closet handles, drinking fountains, kitchenette countertops, water cooler controls, and appliance handles. The agency also requires specialized cleaning and disinfection of plexiglass protection shields using clean microfiber cloths and neutral, non-alcohol, non-solvent, and non-ammonia-based disinfectants. The contractor must clean and disinfect the interior and exterior of portable handwashing sinks using non-abrasive tools and chemicals. Additionally, the service includes emptying, rinsing, cleaning, and disinfecting wastewater holding tanks in the janitor closet sink. The contract period will span one year, and all work must be performed onsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore entities based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 17, 2026.
