Cleaning Service

The agency is seeking routine, event-related, and as-needed cleaning services to maintain a clean, healthy, safe, and welcoming environment for occupants, visitors, families, partners, and staff. This procurement establishes a fair, consistent process to select a contractor capable of providing reliable staffing, consistent quality control, clear communication, appropriate supervision, and compliance with all service standards. The chosen contractor must perform services professionally and consistently, protecting sensitive information and respecting the operational needs of the facility. The scope of work covers specific areas including the foyer, cafe, reception areas, designated office spaces, common corridors, hallways, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, and kitchens. Cleaning duties also extend to elevators, stairwells, entryways and exits including mats, trash collection points, doors, storefront glass, side lights, corridor work areas, counter areas, and training and event spaces. The agency requires the performance of this work to be offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the one-year contract. An optional pre-bid meeting took place on June 3, 2026, and the agency requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
