Janitorial Services

The government authority located in High Point, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency requires these services to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and dust-free conditions across its facility. The contract period for this engagement will span one year. The scope of work covers trash management, including emptying trashcans, replacing liners, and depositing all trash and boxes in the dumpster. Surface cleaning requirements include dusting and damp wiping horizontal surfaces, dusting ledges, sills, and partitions, and spot cleaning entrance areas and glass partitions. The selected vendor must also clean countertops, sinks, and floors in the kitchen, damp wipe and polish chrome surfaces, and clean and shine chrome fixtures, drinking fountains, and molding. Floor care mandates vacuuming all carpeted floors, shampooing all carpet, and sweeping all uncarpeted floors with damp mopping as required. Tile and linoleum floors must be scrubbed with soap and water, rinsed, and buffed, as well as completely swept, stripped, re-waxed, and buffed. Bathroom floors require sweeping, wet mopping with disinfectant cleaners, and rinsing. Additional tasks involve vacuuming and dusting cloth bottom chairs, cleaning grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns, and washing and drying all interior and exterior glass. Venetian blinds must be dusted, removed from windows, washed, and dried. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the contract. Key dates include a mandatory pre-bid site visit on June 08, 2026, and a deadline for submitting all questions no later than June 09, 2026.
