The selected provider will resolve the ongoing need for routine facility maintenance, debris removal, and surface disinfection. The scope of work covers a wide range of daily and scheduled cleaning tasks. The provider must sweep and dispose of debris in entry approaches, vacuum entry mats, vacuum open carpeted traffic areas, spot-treat carpet spills, and remove gum. Hard surface flooring in hallways and restrooms requires dust mopping and damp mopping, while drinking fountains, conference tables, and countertops require damp wiping and disinfecting. Additional tasks include emptying waste and recycle receptacles, spot-cleaning doors and walls, and cleaning both sides of entry door glass. The provider must perform detailed vacuuming under desks and around seating areas, damp-wipe desks according to a schedule set by the county representative, and dust office machines, courtrooms, and stair railings. The work also includes cleaning open fluorescent light fixtures in ceilings under ten feet high. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all janitorial work must take place onsite at the designated government authority locations in Bonham, Texas.
