The Maui County Federal Credit Union in Wailuku, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional environment across several key zones, including the kitchen, front reception area, conference room, stairs, and all other common areas. This procurement addresses the ongoing need for routine facility maintenance, waste management, and surface sanitation. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to empty all trash cans and designated trash disposal bins on the premises. The vendor must vacuum all carpeted areas, clean windows as needed, vacuum air conditioning vents, and replace light bulbs. Additionally, the vendor must dust and sanitize all common areas while providing their own liquid cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning tools such as brooms, dust pans, vacuums, dusters, gloves, buckets, and mops. The agency will purchase and provide the necessary trash liners and replacement light bulbs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all custodial work onsite at the Wailuku facility. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is seeking pricing proposals from interested bidders to evaluate the cost of these services.
