The Maui County Federal Credit Union in Wailuku, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional environment for its staff and visitors. The selected vendor will address daily and periodic cleaning needs to ensure the premises remain hygienic and well-maintained. The scope of work covers emptying all trash cans and designated disposal bins, vacuuming all carpeted areas, and cleaning windows as needed. The vendor must also dust and sanitize all common areas, including the kitchen, front reception area, conference room, and stairs, as well as clean and vacuum the air conditioning vents and replace light bulbs. While the agency will purchase and provide the trash liners and replacement light bulbs, the vendor must supply all necessary cleaning liquids, disinfectants, and tools such as brooms, dust pans, vacuums, dusters, gloves, buckets, and mops. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all custodial work to be performed onsite at the Wailuku location. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is seeking cost proposals from interested bidders to determine the financial framework for the contract.
