Street Cleaning and Sweeping Service

The government authority in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide street cleaning and sweeping, hauling, and disposal services for selected public arterial and residential streets, expressways, and public property. The agency needs to solve the problem of accumulated dirt, debris, foreign matter, and unwanted vegetation on its roadways. The scope of work covers the removal of caked or encrusted dirt and all debris within a five-foot strip adjacent to and parallel to curbs and medians. The selected vendor must remove all vegetation growing within eighteen inches of the vertical face of the curb on arterial streets, including crack, seam, and joint grass. For maintenance zone streets, the vendor must remove gutter grass growing in sediment above the curb surface and sweep the entire radius of all intersecting arterial streets. The vendor will not be required to return to re-clean areas where parked vehicles forced them to bypass the street. To facilitate this, the agency will publicize the residential sweeping schedule so residents can move their cars. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The chosen vendor must perform all work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026.
