Janitorial Services

The City of Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its municipal facilities. The agency needs to maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons utilizing these city facilities located throughout the municipality. The selected contractor will perform daily cleaning operations to ensure the upkeep and hygiene of the designated public spaces. The scope of work requires the contractor to clean and disinfect restrooms, dust mop and damp mop tiled floors, clean mirrors, and replenish soap dispensers. The agency requires these daily operational services to be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The contract term for these services will span a period of one year. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the janitorial work to take place onsite at the designated facilities in Shreveport. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for this contract.
