The Wisconsin government authority located in Tomahawk is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its facility. The agency requires a contractor to maintain a high standard of cleanliness through specific daily and periodic cleaning tasks. The selected provider will damp wipe metal surfaces, damp mop floors as necessary, dust all furniture, fixtures, and pictures, and vacuum all carpets and mats. The scope of work also demands rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols throughout the facility. The contractor must sanitize all handles, flat surfaces, and touch surfaces, as well as clean and disinfect the drinking fountain. Floor care requires wet mopping and disinfecting, while waste management tasks include emptying waste containers, damp wiping them, and washing and disinfecting them if contaminated by non-recyclables. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted janitorial work must be performed onsite at the Tomahawk facility. The agency has structured the agreement for a contract period of two years and is currently requesting proposals to establish the budget. Interested parties may participate in an optional site visit scheduled for June 4, 2026. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.
