The government authority located in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency requires regular cleaning and maintenance of its facilities to ensure a sanitary and presentable environment. The selected contractor will perform these services onsite for a contract period of one year. The scope of work covers detailed cleaning tasks for floors, furniture, fixtures, and restrooms. Bidders must dust and damp mop tile floors, sweep and wet mop hard surface floors, and spot buff hard surfaces to remove scuffmarks, using a slow buffing process for linoleum flooring. The agency also requires dusting of all window blinds, wall hangings, pictures, chairs, and exposed horizontal surfaces of desks, credenzas, file cabinets, tables, and countertops. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency requires bidders to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 10, 2026, and to submit any questions no later than June 16, 2026.
