Janitorial Maintenance Services

The Town of North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial maintenance services at various Town-owned facilities. The agency needs to maintain cleanliness and safety across its buildings while ensuring proper handling of cleaning materials. The selected contractor must manage potential hazards by not storing contaminated buckets, mops, cloths, and brushes in Town buildings due to spontaneous heating risks. The scope of work covers daily trash and recycling removal from all buildings, with some facilities utilizing onsite dumpsters for disposal. Bidders must maintain material safety data sheets for all products used within each janitorial closet. Additionally, the agency requires all floor treatment products to be UL listed for slip resistance, and all building entrance and interior office doors must be secured after maintenance tasks are completed. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and all work must be performed onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
