The Cherokee Nation Entertainment gaming and hospitality authority in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial products and services across its multi-property environment. The agency operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and requires a predictable, uninterrupted supply chain to support its continuous operations. The selected provider must maintain consistent product availability, manage adequate inventory with a specific focus on designated critical items, and meet strict delivery windows. The scope of work requires the provider to deliver accurate documentation, support operational transitions, and conduct necessary training. The agency expects proactive communication regarding any supply risks, product substitutions, or service issues, which must be coordinated directly with Purchasing and Property Management. Additionally, the provider must give advance notification for any price changes, communicate substitutions before delivery, and participate in required reporting and quarterly business reviews. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place offsite.
