Pressure Washing Services

The City of Winston-Salem, North Carolina requires pressure washing services to clean concrete, painted steel, and other external and interior surfaces of its water and wastewater storage tanks. The agency is trying to solve the problem of surface degradation and aesthetic decline by removing all stains, dirt, dust, deposits, efflorescence, calcium carbonate build-up, unauthorized paint marks, moss, and other discolorations. The scope of work covers cleaning all exposed exterior surfaces of the designated tanks and requires the contractor to contain and dispose of all wastewater containing cleaning agents in a safe, approved manner. Bidders must schedule an onsite pre-cleaning meeting with the owner and engineer prior to beginning any work. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency will host a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on June 02, 2026. Evaluation criteria will be based on the submitted proposals for the pressure washing services.
