The Village of Estero, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its government authority facility. The agency requires regular maintenance to ensure a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and visitors. The selected provider will perform all cleaning tasks onsite at the designated government location. The scope of work covers detailed cleaning of offices, common areas, conference rooms, and restrooms. Specific tasks include removing dust and lint from upholstered chairs, dusting conference room chairs and legs, and cleansing all common area and reception countertops. The provider must dust office credenzas and personal items upon request, though office desktops will only be cleaned if they are completely clear of papers and supplies. Additional requirements include spot cleaning all interior glass on a weekly basis, vacuuming all carpeted areas including under desks, and sweeping and mopping all tile and vinyl floors. The agency also requires the emptying of all trash receptacles, replacing them with office-provided liners, and emptying the shred trash can located in the administration copy room. Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing must be performed as part of the regular service. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
