The Montgomery County government authority in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive window cleaning services for multiple facilities. The agency needs to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all windows and glass surfaces, including elevator shafts, at each location specified on the quotation sheet. This procurement aims to resolve the buildup of dirt, tape, gum, and other markings on county-owned glass surfaces and frames. The scope of work requires the contractor to remove tape, gum, and any other markings, excluding decals or vinyl lettering, from the designated window surfaces and frames prior to washing. The contractor must wash the perimeter windows, interior partition windows, and all skylights using a sponge and squeegee or similar professional window washing equipment. Immediately after washing, the contractor must dry the glass to ensure surfaces are free of streaks and visible residue, and wipe down and dry all inside window frames, elevators, shaft glass, and sills. The contractor must also clean all surrounding surfaces, including window frames, and remove any scuff marks caused to county property during the performance of the work. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and all work must be performed onsite at the designated facilities in Rockville.
