The government authority located in Oak Forest, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency requires these cleaning and disinfection services to be performed within agreed-upon time frames. The selected vendor will maintain the cleanliness of offices, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. The scope of work covers daily, periodic, and deep cleaning tasks across the facility. Daily and routine tasks include cleaning and disinfecting lobby counters, doors, seating, high-touch surfaces, and main public and private restrooms. The vendor must also sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets and mats, empty trash and recycling, wipe desks and electronics in unlocked offices, and sanitize kitchen areas. Periodic deep cleaning tasks include dusting horizontal blinds, shampooing carpets, machine scrubbing hard floors, high dusting vents and ceiling fixtures, and cleaning interior and accessible exterior windows. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite at the Oak Forest facility. The agency is looking for proposals to establish a budget and will award a contract with a performance period of two years.
