The government authority located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment by addressing restrooms, floors, glass, woodwork, and common areas. This procurement solves the agency's need for regular, detailed facility maintenance and sanitization. The scope of work requires cleaning, sanitizing, wet mopping, and deodorizing restrooms with a deodorizing disinfectant and resistant cleanser. The selected vendor must damp wipe all light switches and partition tops, buff hard floors in high-traffic areas, and wash all interior and exterior door glasses. Additional tasks include spot washing woodwork and hallway walls, cleaning and polishing water fountains and sinks, and sweeping front entrances while cleaning ashtrays and urns. The service provider must clean and refill all toilet tissue, hand towel holders, and hand soap dispensers in restrooms, as well as paper towel and soap dispensers in all employee breakrooms, lounges, and kitchens. The agency also requires the removal of gum, tar, and other adhering substances from the floors as necessary. All work must be performed onsite at the Baton Rouge facility. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget range. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for May 15, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 18, 2026.
