Logistics and Finance Business Systems

The issuing agency requires logistics and finance business systems to support both transactional and non-transactional functions. The non-transactional scope covers analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools that consume data without creating, modifying, or posting records of record. The transactional scope requires integration with five current Enterprise Resource Planning systems and one non-ERP system, split between non-financial transactions like workflow approvals and financial transactions that affect the general ledger. The agency requires all contracted work to occur offsite at the selected provider's own office location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement.
