Web-hosted Screening Tool

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-hosted screening tool that predicts the location and extent of specific areas. The project requires the development of a predictive tool to generate a map layer, a publicly facing website with a domain to display this map layer alongside other useful layers, and a user interface. The agency also requires the development of products to assist the public in using the website. The final website and predictive tool must serve as a resource for mitigation bankers and other professionals involved in protection and restoration work to identify sites suitable for wetland creation. The agency requires bidders to provide a detailed explanation of their use of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI tools and products, within both the proposed solution and the development lifecycle. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of two years. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
