UK - Expense Management System Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance Service

The issuing agency is seeking a qualified consultant to provide expense management system design, development, implementation, and maintenance services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing employee expenses, vendor invoices, event-related expenses, and corporate card reconciliation processes across the organization. The goal is to establish a streamlined, policy-compliant, configurable, and scalable solution that aligns with operational, governance, and reporting requirements. The scope of work covers all activities necessary for successful project implementation, including requirement finalization, solution design, system configuration and development, integration, testing, deployment, training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support. The agency requires the system to feature workflow-based processing for expense capture, validation, approvals, reconciliation, document management, and reporting. Additionally, the consultant must integrate the new system with existing software, including NetSuite, Kofax, corporate card platforms, and Power BI, while incorporating modern UX/UI standards and reporting capabilities. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore UK organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
