Zoom Software Platform Licensing Renewal Services

The Court is seeking a fully authorized vendor to provide Zoom software platform licensing renewal services. The selected vendor must deliver licenses that are valid, current, and compliant with all applicable manufacturer requirements and licensing terms established by Zoom Video Communications. The scope of work requires the preservation of all existing Court Zoom account configurations, user profiles, webinar licenses, meeting IDs, personal room links, associated phone numbers, and administrative settings currently utilized by the Courts. The requested services cover Zoom software platform maintenance, general licensing, and specific webinar licensing. The procurement includes Zoom Video Communication Webinar 100 Named Host Annual Licenses and Zoom Video Communication Webinar 500 Named Host licenses. The contract period for these renewal services will span four years, and all performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The Court is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
