NetSuite License, Support and Maintenance Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide NetSuite licensing, support, and maintenance services for its ERP platform. This procurement addresses the need for the NetSuite Social Impact Mid-Market Cloud Service and its associated modules to manage organizational operations. The selected vendor will support financial and operational workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Order Entry, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing Automation. The scope of work covers Financial Management Cloud Services, Project Management Cloud Service, and Fixed Asset Management. The agency requires capabilities to create and manage customizable sales orders and customizable purchase orders. Additionally, the system must support Procure-to-Pay processes, payment approval workflows, native ad hoc reporting, and Advanced Customer Support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. The contract period will span five years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
